How to Return an Item:

  3. Ship the Item: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions and Notes:

  • Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.
  • Products that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.
